💼 About the RoleBright Haven is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to connect with prospective clients regarding life insurance products and coverage options. This is a 1099 independent contractor role operating fully remote within the United States. Representatives work within a structured sales process and follow compliance guidelines while helping clients evaluate coverage solutions based on their needs. An active life insurance license is required to sell.
Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license prior to engaging in sales activities.

- Needs Assessment: Gather information about a client’s financial situation and protection goals to determine appropriate policy options.
- Product Presentation: Explain life insurance products clearly and accurately so clients can make informed decisions.
- Follow-Up and Activity Management: Maintain consistent follow-up and manage daily activity independently in a remote setting.
- Compliance: Follow all state insurance regulations and company compliance standards while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Training: Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure understanding of products, sales process, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone
- Self-motivated and able to manage daily activity independently
- Experience in sales, call center, or customer service environments preferred
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license if not currently licensed
