PCG Digital is looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, communication, and leadership. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients and the anchor for our internal team — setting direction, driving results, and ensuring every client feels like they’re our most important one.

What You’ll Own Client Onboarding
  • Lead warm-transfer calls to introduce yourself, discuss main goals, and set expectations for the onboarding process
  • Orchestrate all internal and external onboarding communications from contract to kickoff
  • Build and organize client infrastructure:
    Google Drive, Click Up setup, and all required startup documentation
  • Schedule and run startup calls to align on goals, timelines, and process
Ongoing Client Success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact — clients know you by name and trust your guidance
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting with clear context, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Schedule recurring reporting calls and provide thorough notes and follow-up
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals and KPIs, and hold those at the center of every decision
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to grow the account
  • Manage co-op documentation and monthly incentives where applicable
  • Champion client retention through consistent communication, problem-solving, and proactive support
  • Communicate end-of-contract timelines and manage the cancellation process with professionals
Internal Team Leadership
  • Provide clear, actionable direction to internal specialists — entering tasks and priorities in Click Up
  • Host a monthly open-format team meeting where specialists can align on strategy and raise questions
  • Ensure the internal team has what they need to succeed: incentives, platform access, and clarity on client goals
  • Partner with the Sales team on upsell strategy and manage the CAM/Sales escalation process
  • Stay current on industry trends and bring that knowledge into client strategy
  • Manage the Master Bandwidth doc and ensure Hub Spot accurately tracks all client communication
  • Follow the full client cancellation workflow, including Hub Spot documentation
What We’re Looking
  • For experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing marketing role
  • Exceptional communicator — written, verbal, and on the phone
  • Organized self-starter who can manage multiple active accounts without things falling through the cracks
  • Strategic thinker who connects client goals to actionable recommendations
  • Collaborative leader who empowers their team without micromanaging
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display) is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working with tools like Click Up, Hub Spot, and Google Drive
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
