Technical Sales Representative

A growing and established organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven sales professional to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with sales experience or a technical background who is interested in building a long-term career in business development.

This role offers the opportunity to manage existing relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout the Northeast region. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable building relationships, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within an assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers and purchasing teams.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding market presence.
• Travel locally throughout the Northeast region for client meetings and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and account support.
• Achieve established sales goals and performance objectives.

• 2+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, technical, or related industries is preferred.
• Candidates with technical or operational backgrounds interested in transitioning into sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
