Junior Marketing Associate

Garden State AGNC, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. You'll gain real-world experience assisting our client in delivering in-person promotions that help customers find products and services that fit their needs.

As part of our Junior Marketing Associate team, you will be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop real-world business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Our team provides structured, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence in communication, relationship‑building, and performance‑based sales strategies.

No prior experience is required.
