- Highend Technology Solutions Selling Awareness in Digital, Cloud, Data, Integration, SAP, Microsoft, Agile, End to End Software Development Services
- Onsite/Offshore/Hybrid IT Service Delivery Models
- Networking with IT C‑Level Executives (CIO/CTO/CDO/VP IT/IT Director Level)
- CRM Tools
- Cold Email Campaigns, Cold Calls, Linked In Lead Generation, Sales Navigator, B2B Sales Outreach tools
- Coachable, Self‑Learned, Mentor, Team Player, Customer Focused
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling IT Solutions, Software Development Services and IT Staffing Sales as Sr. Business Development/IT Sales Executive for acquiring new direct clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting services sales or business development
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends to identify potential clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business growth targets

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and business development initiatives to senior management
