About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate or early‑career sales professional looking to build a career in business development, client relationship management, and branded merchandise sales.
This is not a desk‑only sales role. You'll have the opportunity to meet with clients, attend industry trade shows, travel to customer meetings, and help grow some of the most recognizable brands in the country.
Responsibilities- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
- Work closely with Sales Executives and Account Executives to support strategic accounts
- Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and product recommendations
- Manage inbound inquiries and outbound business development efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- 1–3+ years of sales, business development, customer success, or account management experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable building relationships with clients and prospects
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Base salary starting at $50,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities
