Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000+ (base salary plus performance incentives, depending on experience)

Little Falls Alloys is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and working closely with manufacturing to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure new business
• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
• Manage customer accounts from quotation through order fulfillment
• Coordinate closely with production, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system
• Provide customers with technical product information, pricing, and order updates
• Achieve sales and customer retention objectives
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience in manufacturing or industrial products preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize competing demands
• Experience preparing quotations and negotiating customer orders
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in wire, metals, manufacturing, or industrial products is highly preferred
