Job Description
The Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment that drives retention and referrals.
The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities
