Treatment Coordinator - Sales

Job Description

We are not looking for someone to hand patients a treatment plan and hope for the best.
We are looking for a skilled closer — someone who builds trust fast, handles objections with confidence, and genuinely helps patients say yes to the care that will change their lives. If you have a gift for sales and you want to use it somewhere that actually matters, this is your role.

Present and close high-ticket treatment plans
— veneers, implants, full smile makeovers, and complex restorative cases. You know how to walk someone from hesitation to confident decision.

Build real trust
— patients in this market are discerning. You connect authentically, listen deeply, and guide — not push.

Handle objections
— cost, timing, fear — you've heard them all and you know how to address them honestly and effectively.

Own your numbers
— case acceptance rate, production per consult, show rate. You track them, you own them, and you push them higher.

Follow up with intention
— leads don't close themselves. You have a system for follow-up that is persistent without being pushy.

Who you are

A proven closer — you have a track record of high-ticket sales with numbers to back it up

Emotionally intelligent — you read people quickly and adapt your approach without losing authenticity

Confident and poised — especially with affluent, high-expectation patients

Accountable — you don't make excuses for your numbers, you fix them

Dental experience is a plus — but sales excellence comes first
