Global chemical manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. This role is remote in the Northeast, but does require travel from time to time. To be successful, incumbent must have technical knowledge around selling chemicals to coatings/paint companies.
Base: $,000ish + commissions
Benefits: full suite including matching 401K
- Develop plans to grow territory of new business. Visit customers and key targets at regular intervals to identify needs and sales opportunities.
- Build and develop customer relationships as a platform for sustainable business and control expenses within the area of responsibility.
- Align account information and product and services strategies with US Sales Leader. This ensures DLP is positioned to meet new market and industry demands.
- Submit reports on sales activity regularly in the CRM software and maintain clear and updated records for all leads and customers.
- Develop and communicate customer demand forecasting to feed Sales Team and internal supply chain planning functions.
