That capability defines this position. 2 Hour Learning runs high‑quality K–12 campuses where parents expect an environment that is secure, reliable, and visitor‑ready at all times — not only when events are scheduled. You will maintain that expectation across the Northeast:
Manhattan serves as your base campus, with frequent travel to locations in CT, MA, and PA. Your efforts determine whether a campus maintains its premium standard or slowly deteriorates between leadership inspections.

Year one emphasizes establishing standards and improving vendor performance — defining readiness criteria, implementing audit schedules, removing underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists to follow consistent operational procedures. As additional schools join the region and your framework becomes routine, the position evolves into ongoing regional oversight: you become the authority the organization relies on during new campus launches, urgent situations, or when standards require revision.
