• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, and replace worn or broken parts, including springs.
• Educate the customer – explain repair options and preventive measures, and review completed work.
• Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using our proven good/better/best model, and collect payment.
• Manage inventory in your vehicle – ensure the right tools and products are available for the job.

• Maximize your time – address customer needs efficiently to increase the number of jobs you can complete.
• Perform quality work – ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
• Wow the customer – deliver excellent results that lead to glowing reviews.
• Commit to safety – drive and work safely at all times.

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in heat, cold, and unconditioned garages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Reliability and ability to follow company processes.

• Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required – training provided.
• Comfort with computers and/or tablets; lack of fear of technology.
• Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
