Maintenance Worker
YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices, and external infrastructure of the buildings. Responsibilities include (not limited to) installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment according to local, fire, and safety facility requirements.
Additional duties involve minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replacing windows, ordering parts and supplies, securing township permits, hanging doors/door frames, and providing estimates and repair costs. The position also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and leaf raking.
Requirements- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma / Equivalent (GED)
- 1–5 years of maintenance / building work experience
