Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices, and external infrastructure of the buildings.
Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment per local and fire safety requirements. The role also involves minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replacing windows, ordering parts supplies, and securing township permits as needed. Seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves are also included.
Requirements- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED)
- 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience
High School or better.
Experience1 year:
Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replacing windows, ordering parts supplies, and securing township permits as needed.
Drivers License.
