Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems within the facility.
- Systems maintained include:
Air Handlers, Exhaust Fan, Package, Roof Top, Split Type Heating and Cooling System, Glycol, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water, Steam Heating Systems, etc. - Maintain Pneumatic Controls and Building Automation System.
- Operate and monitor Pneumatic Tube System, Elevators and Fire Alarm System.
