Blue Seal Boiler Operator; 2nd​/3rd Shift

Looking for a high‑paying Blue Seal Boiler Operator role with built‑in overtime? We are offering a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year ($48.00 - $60.00/hr) with complete shift flexibility.

Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift. You can work high‑yield 12‑hour shifts such as 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM with built‑in overtime. The primary shift is third shift, 9 PM‑5 AM.

Work hours:

9 PM‑5 AM. No degree required. Eligibility requires an active New Jersey Blue Seal License.

• Lead Operations:
  Safely operate, monitor, and maintain (2) 500 HP Fire Tube high‑pressure steam boilers and auxiliary equipment in strict compliance with state and local codes.
• System Diagnostics & Testing:
  Conduct routine water chemistry tests, analyze boiler operations, and adjust systems to maximize fuel efficiency and safety.
• Preventative & Corrective Maintenance:
  Perform routine PMs, inspections, and hands‑on repairs on boilers, air compressors, pumps, valves, and piping networks.
• Rapid Breakdown Response:
  Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify root causes, and execute swift repairs to minimize plant downtime.
• Compliance & Logging:
  Maintain highly accurate, up‑to‑date boiler room logs, maintenance records, and safety documentation.
• Plant Support:
  Collaborate with the production team, assisting with general facility mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Safety First:
  Strictly adhere to and champion safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA guidelines.
