Industrial Painter

Morey's Piers & Resorts, a leading family recreation destination in Southern New Jersey, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Industrial Painter
. This position is responsible for industrial and commercial painting of buildings, rides, games, water parks, food, and housing areas as required. Completion of projects in a timely manner is a must for this role and will include sanding, chipping, and removal of old paint as well as painting.

• 5+ years of painting experience - industrial experience preferred.
• Must be familiar with small hand tools such as hand grinders, sanders, etc.
• Able to lift/carry at least 75 pounds.
• Must be comfortable with heights.
• Able to walk up and down stairs.
• Able to perform physical work including crawling, pushing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Comfortable with working in dusty and fume-filled environments at times.
• Comfortable with wearing a mask during specific projects.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Able to use high reach/scissor lift is a plus.
• Drywall and finishing experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with industrial spray equipment and surface preparation.

This position is a full-time, year-round role based in Wildwood, NJ offering a competitive hourly wage ($22-$30) & comprehensive package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other perks.
