Overview
YCS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to local and fire and safety requirements.
- Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work; replace windows; order parts and supplies; secure township permits as needed.
- Hang doors/door frames and window equipment from suppliers; provide estimates and repair costs.
- Participate in incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) / High School degree or better.
Experience1 year of maintenance/building work experience required.
Licenses & Certifications- Valid driver's license
