Responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair activities performed by assigned staff tinely inspects facility to identify problems with systems or equipment. Supervises and schedules staff in one or more disciplines within the department including all HVAC Mechanics, Electricians, Plumbers, Metal Fabricator and General Mechanics. Responsible for budgetary compliance for projects. Troubleshoots and repairs of all types of HVAC Refrigeration, Electrical Systems and Plumbing.
Monitors staff performance thru TMA to maintain a high level of services.
