Data Solutions Architect – Insurance (P&C) – Hybrid
- P&C Insurance domain experience is must.
- Hands‑on experience on MS SQL, data modeling, ADF and Azure ADLS, Data Bricks and CICD as Data lead. INSURANCE Domain knowledge is required.
- Strong team leadership with demonstrated experience building and managing high‑performing teams that rise to new challenges.
- Inspiring leader with a track‑record of attracting and retaining great talent, raising the bar, and communicating with clarity and alignment.
- Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within a complex multi‑national organization.
- Proven history of successfully delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget with high quality.
- Insurance experience will be preferred as will need to work from start.
