Description Java Backend Developer– Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications. You’ll work on APIs, databases, and system integrations that power web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot
- Design and build RESTful APIs
- Work with databases such as MySQL, Postgre
SQL, or MongoDB - Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the backend stack
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Strong knowledge of Core Java (OOP, Collections, Multithreading)
- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- Understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Kafka / Rabbit
MQ (messaging systems) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security practices (JWT, OAuth)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0–2 years (Entry Level)
Compensation: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
