Job Title: Enterprise Data Integrity Lead – Healthcare Domain
Location: USA (Remote)

Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card Holders Only
Seeking a senior data professional to lead consolidation, governance, and quality of healthcare-related data (HCP/HCO). The role focuses on creating a single trusted data foundation across multiple systems to support compliance, commercial operations, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate multiple datasets into a unified golden record
- Design data models for healthcare entities, affiliations, and hierarchies
- Define match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and deduplication
- Implement data quality frameworks, validation rules, and scorecards
- Enable integrations via REST/SOAP APIs across enterprise systems
- Integrate with CRM platforms (Salesforce Health Cloud / Veeva CRM)
- Manage third‑party data sources (IQVIA, Veeva Open Data, Lexis Nexis)
- Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act / Open Payments
- Implement NPI validation workflows
- Establish data governance, stewardship models, and escalation processes
- 10+ years in MDM / Data Management (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred)
- Hands‑on with Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, or Reltio
- Strong in data modeling, governance, and data quality frameworks
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Expertise in match/merge, survivorship, and data stewardship operations
