• 7+ years of experience in J2EE technologies along with strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL
• 7+ years of experience in front end development in React.js
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable React components.
• Implement Type Script best practices for strongly typed applications.
• Architect efficient and optimized state management using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Improve application performance with techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and virtualized lists.
• Ensure responsive and accessible UI using modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Styled Components)
• 4+ years' experience in Java/JEE - Code coverage/analysis
• 2-4 years' experience with SQL Database Development
• 1-2 years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration - IBM Web Sphere
• Understanding of software quality development and implementation, software inspection, testing, verification and validation, and software development and maintenance processes and methods
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Web fundamentals like HTML, Java Script
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
• Experience with TFS, JIRA
• jQuery and JavaScript skills
• HTML5 and CSS experience
• Experience with Angular and Node.js
• Working experience with Bootstrap
• Debugging and resolving web applications
• REST API development and integration
