Role:
Omnichannel Analytics Manager

We are seeking a Omnichannel Analytics Manager/Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development to lead the design, development, automation, and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that deliver significant business value. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps, python & pyspark, coupled with a deep understanding of GenAI technologies.

• GenAI automation – data processing, quality, ARD/RRD creation
• Reporting refreshes / automatic
• Co‑Pilot
• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for practical applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Innovate using advanced GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs) to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and manage end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
• Architect and deploy scalable, cost‑effective AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for seamless AI/ML integration into enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Develop and train Generative AI models.
• Perform data analysis and prepare data for AI model training.
• Integrate AI models with Snowflake, AWS and other systems.
• Maintain good documentation and coaching practice.
