- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Prior experience working on enterprise-scale platforms is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications using React and Next.js
- Experience with AI agents / agentic systems and LLM-based application design
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases (PostgreSQL or cloud equivalents such as Amazon RDS)
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of confidence scoring mechanisms and validation pipelines in AI systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
