We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Receiving Worker to join our tile warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, inspecting products for accuracy and damage, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are properly stored and documented. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and deliveries, and count pallets (must be able to count Sqft).
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Enter receiving data into inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams regarding incoming materials.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

• Must be able to calculate and add square footage.
• Previous warehouse receiving or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
