Real Cold, a cold storage and e-commerce fulfillment provider based in New Jersey, seeks an entry-level E-commerce Team Member to promote safety, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments for dispatch. You will operate our warehouse management system, label fragile and perishable items, and assemble daily shipments with accuracy and care.
Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, able to read and write English, and comfortable working in a cold environment.
