F-35 FMS ALIS Site Activation Analyst, Senior

With the level of complexity of the F-35 program, we need a skilled Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Site Activation Analyst to support the activation of aircraft facilities and keep the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you—an experienced analyst who can ensure success through management, careful analysis, and effective communication.

In this role, you’ll directly support the logistic and sustainment manager, program manager, and maintenance systems lead by leading the planning and presentations for ALIS site activation meetings, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistics support engagements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, facility design, and interfacing with the client.

• Lead planning and presentations for ALIS site activation meetings, logistics readiness reviews, and other integrated logistics support engagements.
• Coordinate with logistic and sustainment managers, program managers, and maintenance systems lead to achieve lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, and facility design objectives.
• Provide analysis and communication to program leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful activation of aircraft facilities.
• Support foreign military sales (FMS) initiatives, interfacing with international clients and their projects.

• 10+ years of experience working with DoD projects.
• Experience with international clients and their projects.
• Experience working with ALIS and ALIS hardware components.
• Experience supporting aircraft facility and hangar design reviews and site activation.
• Knowledge of aircraft system acquisition principles, policies, and procedures to plan and coordinate deployment of aircraft systems, subsystems, and equipment.
• Knowledge of aircraft system equipment lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations relating to acquisition, logistics, and FMS.
• Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working with foreign counterparts.
• Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and Sustainment.
• Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management.
• Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, such as the FMS sales process.
• Ability to prepare and present verbal and written presentations to all levels of government and industry management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Excellent diplomatic skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance.

Projected compensation range: $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary will be determined by various factors including location, education, skills, experience, contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
