Earn $22.00 an hour!

We are seeking a safety‑driven High Reach Operator who will operate lift and Wire Cutter duties. This role is responsible for accurately storing, cutting, labeling, and staging wire products to support efficient and accurate customer order fulfillment. You will regularly operate material‑handling equipment—including stand‑up rider lift trucks—and use warehouse RF scanners, handheld devices, and WMS software. Success in this position requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Cut and prepare customer wire orders based on WMS specifications
• Verify correct wire type, gauge, and length for each order
• Assign picked merchandise to accurate LPN labels
• Stage completed wire cuts in designated shipping or will‑call areas

• Safely operate stand‑up rider lift trucks and other material‑handling equipment
• Properly use all wire‑cutting machinery
• Move, store, and stack wire reels in appropriate warehouse locations

• Required: High‑reach forklift experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse technology preferred
• Ability to safely lift, move, and stage wire reels and materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow standard work processes and safety procedures
• Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance

Monday – Friday 8:00am - 4:40pm + OT as needed
