Starting pay range for this position is approximately: $41k to $68k

A Retail Store and Operations Manager at Exclusive Wireless is responsible for coaching, leading, and training a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals. The manager will coach staff, conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, motivate the team, and analyze business performance to create improvement plans.

• Coaching, leading, and training the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Conducting one‑on‑one coaching sessions and motivating staff to achieve business and individual goals.
• Analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and creating/executing improvement plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Managing market and advertising activities for the store.
• Communicating with leadership staff and following instructions.
• Participating in recruiting, hiring, and development of store sales teams.
• Working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Standing for long periods of time and lifting/moving up to 20 lbs.

• Two (2) years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience achieving sales and profit goals, proactively analyzing business needs, and creating and executing improvement plans.
• Knowledge of market and advertising activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take instructions from leadership staff.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and or move up to 20 lbs.
