RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. RSS has been in business for over 32 years, with nearly 400 team members located in 17 states. We are expanding our team in the Patterson, CA area and are seeking a Trailer Mechanic Trainee to help perform repairs and maintenance on Semi-trailers
.

A successful Trailer Mechanic Trainee candidate is mechanically inclined, hardworking, enjoys working outside and with their hands, and wants to learn a trade in a growing field. Professional experience is not required, but previous wrenching experience is strongly preferred.

$18-$21/hour
- Starting pay is based on experience and skill level.

• Work side-by-side with a Trailer Mechanic.
• Help perform repairs and maintenance on semi-trailers - keeping trailers in compliance with DOT safety standards.
• Essential tasks will include changing brakes, tires/wheel service, electrical work and fabrication.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass a Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular and frequent basis.
