Senior Distribution Center Associate

Summary

Senior Distribution Center Associate responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and quality control at the distribution center in Patterson, CA. Performs forklift and power equipment operations, picking, receiving, put-away and staging while maintaining safety and inventory control standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using forklifts and other power equipment
• Perform picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions using radio equipment to meet service and productivity standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports to support tight inventory control and security
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and report quality variances and damage
• Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with federal, state, and local laws

Requirements

• 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience
• Basic mathematics and reading skills with a strong understanding of inventory flow
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
