Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00 – $. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details

You will oversee the daily operations of the Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) area in a high volume, order fulfillment, multi-shift distribution center by leading a non-exempt hourly team of 20-25. You will support Managers and Operations Managers to help ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes. You will analyze and determine solutions related to distribution, quality, cycle time and other important metrics.

You will promote employee programs to create and encourage an environment where employees are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of the Company. You will report to the ICQA Manager.
