Rhode Island FC is seeking a Director of Team Operations to lead day-to-day team operations, support players and staff across training and travel, and ensure compliance with league policies. The role requires attending all training sessions, scrimmages, matches, and pre-season camps in Pawtucket, RI.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience with elite-level athletes, and strong travel planning and budget-management skills. English and Spanish fluency is preferred.
