Description

We offer a professional but down-to-earth office environment and are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who wants to become a reliable part of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, helpful and timely manner
  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately using our ERP system
  • Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues when necessary
  • Track and manage orders and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Provide product information, pricing, order status and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their applications
  • Coordinate and communicate with the manufacturing team regarding production and ensure timely shipment of orders
  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business
  • Content creation and manage social media and online reputation functions
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • 1–3 years of customer service or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Work Schedule & Pay
  • Hourly position; overtime may be required based on business needs
  • Typical schedule:

    Monday – Friday, standard business hours
  • Compensation based on experience and qualifications
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
