• Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming calls into booked service appointments.
• Maintain real‑time communication with dispatch and manager.
• Handle high‑volume calls while remaining polite and concise.
• Answer customer requests, resolve issues, and promote membership‑based services.
• Manage daily workload independently.

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven track record as a phone expert.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Expert ability to convert calls into booked appointments.
• Experience with Podium Chat Platform (texting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‑based software navigation.
• Out‑of‑the‑box problem‑solving skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.

• Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour.
• Bonus opportunities.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm.
