The University of the Cumberlands is currently seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach courses in our MSc Engineering Management Program. We are looking for passionate educators who can deliver comprehensive instruction and mentorship to graduate students pursuing advanced studies in engineering management.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with course objectives and curriculum guidelines.
- Utilize expertise in engineering and/or project management to engage students in interactive learning experiences.
- Provide practical knowledge and skills relevant to the field.
- Mentor graduate students and support their academic development.
- A doctoral degree in engineering management or a related field.
- Professional experience in the engineering and/or project management industry, with a strong understanding of management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Prior teaching experience at the graduate level is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate graduate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance the learning experience.
