YMCA seeks a Teacher Assistant to support early childhood education within our Rhode Island program. You will assist in planning and implementing curriculum using Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards (RIELDS) and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.
You will work under the guidance of the Early Childhood Director/Ed Coordinator and Lead Teacher, fostering development, attendance, and family involvement while adhering to YMCA policies and licensing requirements.
