Arden Building Companies, LLC seeks a Sheet Metal BIM/CAD Designer to convert contract docs into 3D sheet metal/ductwork models for fabrication and installation. You will work with project management and engineering to produce equipment, installation, hanger, and pad drawings, plus spool sheets and as-builts.
Ideal candidates have 1 year in mechanical design, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite, and Acrobat.
