His role is ideal for an analytical thinker with experience in portfolio management, financial modelling, and cross‑functional collaboration — someone who thrives in high‑impact environments and understands how data can reshape real estate and infrastructure investment decisions.

• Develop diversified portfolio strategies for institutional and enterprise clients, integrating risk‑adjusted returns, hedging scenarios, and predictive AI‑generated insights.
• Build financial models for land development, zoning‑constrained feasibility, and multi‑scenario investment cases.
• Conduct detailed analysis across 10–20+ portfolios, identifying value drivers, liquidity needs, and performance optimization opportunities.

• Partner with product, data science, and client strategy teams to translate financial KPIs into actionable insights that shape product modules and investment tools.
• Support high‑stakes development programs by providing financial intelligence used by procurement, management, and planning teams on €10M+ scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders — developers, capital partners, and planners — to guide data‑first investment decisions.

• Perform deep‑drive market analysis to surface new revenue opportunities for both Unlock Land and its clients.
• Apply scenario planning (sensitivity, Monte Carlo, regulatory impact) to help developers and investors evaluate emerging opportunities across global markets.
• Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and urban development trends to inform portfolio strategies.

• Improve portfolio liquidity, risk distribution, and return projections through advanced financial modelling and automated analytics.
• Contribute to tool development that enhances return forecasting, capital allocation, and project‑level financial visibility.
• Introduce new investment strategies that improve overall returns and efficiency across development portfolios.

• Background in portfolio analysis, financial modelling, private equity, real estate finance, or investment strategy.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data interpretation, KPIs, and scenario‑based modelling.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, operational, and executive teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in Prop Tech, AI, urban development, and global investing.
• Experience improving portfolio performance, identifying new revenue opportunities, and guiding capital planning.
