Title: Senior FP&A Associate
Salary: $105,000 – $135,000

- Partner closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to investment and capital allocation decisions
- Gain visibility across Development, Asset Management, Accounting, and Finance, not siloed reporting
- Work hands-on with real estate pipeline activity, portfolio performance, and enterprise KPIs
- Build financial models from the ground up rather than inheriting static templates
- Be positioned as a thought partner, translating data into insights that shape business outcomes

- Lead corporate forecasting, cash flow modeling, and KPI reporting across the portfolio
- Consolidate asset-level and project data into clear enterprise-level insights
- Validate and reconcile data across financial, pipeline, and reporting systems
- Perform scenario analysis to support strategic planning and capital decisions
- Collaborate with Development, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure alignment and accuracy
- 4–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills with proven experience building models from scratch
- Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets; BI tools or SQL exposure a plus
- Background in real estate, development, or REIT environments preferred (NOI, FFO, portfolio metrics)
