$110,000-$150,000 + Bonus

• Lead the finance function for a well established nonprofit with a $36M budget and significant community impact
• Build on recent momentum, including improved close processes, stronger cash position, and better team morale
• Opportunity to modernize systems, processes, and workflows across AP, payroll, and accounting
• Exposure to complex, high volume revenue streams including government funding, foundations, Medicaid, and insurance
• Manage and mentor a large, experienced accounting team with clear visibility to senior leadership

• Fully own the monthly and year end close process, ensuring accuracy, structure, and timeliness
• Support audits and Form 990 preparation in partnership with the CFO
• Lead, mentor, and organize a finance team of approximately 11, including managers and senior staff
• Oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll support, and financial reporting

• Strong nonprofit accounting experience is required
• Hands on experience supporting audits and 990 filings
• Proven management experience leading multi layer accounting teams
• Demonstrated ownership of the full month end close process

• Medical or behavioral health billing exposure
• Payroll experience, including multi state environments
• Experience managing multiple funding and revenue streams
• AP modernization, process improvement, or ERP implementation experience
