Senior Underwriter - Merchant Cash Advance​/Revenue Financing; MCA​/RBF

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Underwriter (MCA/RBF). The Senior Underwriter will evaluate and analyze small business financing applications, assess creditworthiness, and make informed decisions on funding. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing financial statements, conducting due diligence on businesses, ensuring compliance with underwriting policies, communicating lending decisions effectively, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless operations will also be essential.

• MCA/RBF underwriting experience required (minimum 5 years)
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, and credit evaluation skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment in the merchant cash advance (MCA) and revenue-based financing (RBF) sectors
• Experience in reviewing financial documents, loans, and funding applications
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
