Sr. Strategic Finance Analyst

• Support preparation of analytical materials for private equity sponsors, lenders, and board observers
• Build and maintain high-quality financial models related to debt capacity and cash flow
• Provide dedicated analytical support to the CFO on strategic finance topics, including M&A evaluations
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to ensure analytical consistency across forecasts
• Act as a flexible resource during key financial events such as earnings and refinancing

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including 3-statement models and cash flow analysis
• Strong understanding of debt instruments and leverage structures
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• CFA designation or progress toward CFA
• Master's degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Experience working with private equity-backed companies or middle-market sponsors
• Prior exposure to investor relations, capital markets, or treasury functions
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
