We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Co‑op candidate for our Corporate FP&A team. The role focuses on corporate financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will work on projects that develop technical and soft skills, support decision making, and gain industry experience in plastics manufacturing.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), comparing actual performance to budgeted or forecasted results.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerBI dashboards to visualize financial data, track business performance, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Perform routine and ad‑hoc analyses to support business strategies and operational initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for benchmarking performance, taking into consideration key industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant economic factors.
• Support the team with other financial tasks, such as data reconciliation, presentations, and process improvements.

• Current junior or senior in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the FP&A team.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced functions preferred.
• Experience or coursework in Power BI or another data‑visualization platform preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems, or data‑visualization platforms preferred.
• Prior finance internship or relevant experience preferred.
