Amivie - - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as per care plan.;
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other personal care tasks per plan.;
Support with medication reminders and meal preparation according to dietary needs.;
Log time and attendance via EMR app or EVV and participate in supervisory visits by RN Field Supervisor.;
Notify RN and office of planned absences and perform other duties as assigned.
