Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Advinia Care Pawtucket. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of physical, emotional, and cognitive function. You will work closely with our rehabilitation team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Requirements:
Licensed Occupational Therapist
