Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Pawtucket, RI. This role requires a TPM with deep expertise in Zscaler technologies and strong leadership in cloud security programs.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead end to end delivery of Zscaler programs (ZIA/ZPA), including roadmap, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

• Oversee deployment and integration of Zscaler with enterprise identity (SSO/IdP), network (SD WAN/VPN/proxy), and endpoint tooling.

• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, and KPIs/metrics to measure security posture and program success.

• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles and regulatory/security standards: drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.

• Partner with IT, Security, and Business teams to align solutions to objectives; run workshops, training, and change management to drive adoption.

• Manage intake, prioritization, and change/release processes across multiple work streams, balancing business needs with technical constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or cybersecurity leadership, with hands‑on expertise in Zscaler solutions.

• Proven experience deploying and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) within large enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust security, cloud security principles, and enterprise networking (VPN, proxy, firewalls), with the ability to manage cross‑functional security programs.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
