Cybersecurity, IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Engineer
Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Pawtucket, RI. This role requires a TPM with deep expertise in Zscaler technologies and strong leadership in cloud security programs.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead end to end delivery of Zscaler programs (ZIA/ZPA), including roadmap, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Oversee deployment and integration of Zscaler with enterprise identity (SSO/IdP), network (SD WAN/VPN/proxy), and endpoint tooling.
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, and KPIs/metrics to measure security posture and program success.
Ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles and regulatory/security standards: drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
Partner with IT, Security, and Business teams to align solutions to objectives; run workshops, training, and change management to drive adoption.
Manage intake, prioritization, and change/release processes across multiple work streams, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or cybersecurity leadership, with hands‑on expertise in Zscaler solutions.
Proven experience deploying and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) within large enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust security, cloud security principles, and enterprise networking (VPN, proxy, firewalls), with the ability to manage cross‑functional security programs.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
