Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Zscaler) for a Contract job with a client in Pawtucket, RI
. Ideally looking for applicants with strong hands-on experience managing cross‑functional security programs, leading Zero Trust and IAM initiatives, and deep expertise in Zscaler technologies including ZIA and ZPA.
Rate Range: $45.45/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of Zscaler‑focused security programs, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, resource plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee deployment, integration, and operationalization of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) across enterprise environments.
- Ensure compliance with Zero Trust, identity, cloud security, and regulatory requirements.
- Define governance frameworks, lifecycle management processes, KPIs, and metrics to measure program success.
- Collaborate across IT, Security, IAM, and business units to align technical execution with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or cybersecurity leadership roles.
- Proven expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity federation, cloud security architectures, networking fundamentals (VPN, proxy, firewalls).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, PMP, Zscaler Certified Professional, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with Dev Sec Ops practices.

Pay Details: $45.45 to $60.00 per hour
