Must have
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support
- Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of conveying technical concepts in straightforward terms
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Willingness to learn and assume responsibility for tasks
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (a plus)
- Familiarity with manufacturing or warehouse settings (advantageous)
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Office 365 Admin tools (desirable)
- Experience with remote desktop support tools (beneficial)
- Knowledge of scripting (Power Shell, batch, VBS) (asset)
- Experience with Zebra printers, PHP, or MySQL (bonus)
- Provide initial support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Diagnose problems with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory and M365
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Assist in the installation of new hardware and software
- Support devices in the warehouse, including label printers and production systems
- Log support requests using our internal ticketing system
- Deliver courteous and patient assistance to non-technical users
- Collaborate on IT improvement projects and documentation tasks
